District 1 includes 6 miles of Florida’s best, beautiful beaches as well as the intracoastal waterway and stunning lakes. It is a popular vacation area buffered by lovely, historic residential neighborhoods. Water sports rule here including kayaking, paddle boarding, boating, fishing and more. Port Everglades falls largely within Hollywood’s District 1. District 1 is home to fabulous restaurants, gorgeous parks, the treasured Hollywood Art & Culture Center and the amazing ArtsPark at Young Circle.
